Renting an LED screen is very simple! Before we can draft up a contract for your event, there are a few things we need to know. Below you will find a few of the details we will need to know in order to draft up a contract for an LED screen.

Set time – This is the time in which you would like us to arrive at your event. It is wise to give us at least an hour, even though the jumbotron can be set up in under 30 minutes.

Strike time – This is when we pack up the jumbotron and leave.

Onsite contact – This is pretty self-explanatory. It is a good idea to give us two onsite contacts with cell phone numbers for each.

Address of event

Content – It is very important that we know what sort of content you would like played on the jumbotron. This can be a combination of DVDs, Powerpoint slides, IMAG, or live video.

When a client rents a jumbotron from us we want to ensure their experience is as painless as possible. This is achieved by both parties having a clear understanding of what a jumbotron rental entails.
